Yes. Iceland visas in the UK are to be applied at the Embassy of Denmark.
Visa Application Fee:
Euros 60 in local currency.
Free for family members of EU Citizens.
Documents Required:
Application Form
Completed and signed application form with 1 recent passport size photo.
Passport
Need to be valid for more than 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with a blank visa page to affix the visa sticker. British Residence Permit must also exceed by more than 3 months the validity of the requested visa. A UK residence/work permit sticker affixed to an "Immigration Status Document" will not be accepted for visa purposes. The sticker must be affixed to a passport or travel document.
Accommodation
Confirmed hotel reservation for the entire stay or confirmation of tour.
Transportation
Confirmation of airline, rail or bus ticket. If driving then ferry confirmation, registration document, proof of legal ownership of vehicle and insurance papers are required.
Financial Means
Funds of GBP 30 per person per day to be spent in the Schengen area to be shown if the hotel is prepaid else GBP 50 per day per person to be shown.
Original recent bank statements or if recent Bank Statement is not available then online printouts or mini statement together with original Bank Statement showing name and account number will be accepted.
If bank account is overdrawn then proof of an overdraft facility is to be shown.
Recent Credit Card Statement showing credit limit and traveller's cheques also accepted.
Status Proof
Recent, original letter of continued employment from the employer stating the position and income. If the applicant self-employed: a letter from their solicitor, accountant or the Chamber of Commerce including income statement; if the applicant is a student then a letter from the school, college/university confirming their status or attendance.
Travel Insurance
Minimum of EUR 30,000 medical coverage including comprehensive accident, emergency hospital treatment and repatriation valid for all Schengen countries. Its validity must exceed validity of the visa. The insurance document should mention name of the person, period of cover and also include the terms and conditions of the travel insurance.
Letter of Invitation
Required only if the applicant has been invited by a private person or visiting friends and family.  The letter from the inviter should state who they are, whom they are inviting, what the link between them and the visa applicant is, why they are inviting the individual in question, for how long, where the applicant guest will stay (in their home) and so on. The letter must provide the embassy or consulate with full details of the planned visit.
