Travel Insurance
|
Travel insurance for the whole period of travel with a minimum amount of EUR 30,000 covering any medical, hospitalisation and repatriation costs valid for all member Schengen states.

Letter of Invitation
|
Required only if the applicant has been invited by a private person or visiting friends and family. A signed letter of invitation by their host in Italy attached with a photocopy of the host's valid I.D. or residence permit in Italy if non-EU-citizen.

Self addressed mail
|
A self-addressed pre-paid special delivery envelope for the return of the passport if the applicant desires it to be sent back by post.
