Application Form
|
One completed and signed application form filled in capital letters for each person travelling. For children, the visa request form should be signed by the parents or legal guardians and the signaturesare to be legalised by a local notary public.

Photograoh
|
One recent color photo 3 cm x 4 cm, against a white background, full face with both ears visible. Head coverings and hats are only accepted for religious purposes, and even so, they should not obscure any portion of the applicant’s face. Sunglasses or other accessories detracting from the face as defined above are not accepted.

Passport
|
Valid for at least six months beyond the period of the applicant's estimated stay in Romania and a copy of the relevant pages from the passport, with personal data, validity and issuing authority. At least one blank page should be available in the passport in order to affix the visa sticker.

Accommodation
|
Voucher or firm reservation from a tourist accommodation unit. Private housing invitation must be accompanied by a legalised invitation.

Transportation
|
Return Ticket.
|
Financial Means
|
Proof of sufficient funds during the stay. Funds of $100 (USD) per day to be spent in Romania per person to be shown. Only recent bank statements in the applicant’s name, travelers checks or credit card statements are accepted.

Travel Insurance
|
Medical insurance (accident or hospital charges) for the duration of visa validity.
|
Status Proof
|
A valid UK Visa or UK Permanent Residency. The Romanian visa will be valid as long as the UK visa is valid.

Letter of Invitation
|
Required only if the applicant has been invited by a private person or visiting friends and family. More Information here.

Self Addressed Envelope
|
A prepaid self addressed envelope is required if the application is made by post.

Postal Application:
|
Yes. A self-addressed registered or special delivery stamped envelope is to be included for the return of the passport.
