There are 2 categories in this visa-
P1 Employment Pass: The applicants should earn a fixed monthly salary of more than $7,000 (SGD) in Singapore.
P2 Employment Pass: The applicants should earn a fixed monthly salary of more than $3,500 (SGD) and up to $7,000 (SGD) in Singapore and they possess recognised qualifications.
An offer in a Professional, Managerial, Executive or Specialistis Job is required from a company in Singapore to apply for P pass.
This visa is only good for the job in the designated company and is not transferable.
If the holder wishes to work for another company then another application for an Employment Pass specific to the new company has to be applied for.

- Completed visa application form.
- A copy of the personal particulars page of the applicant's passport.
- A copy of the applicant's educational documents and past employment testimonials.
- One passport-size photo.
- Employment contract and job description.
Additional Info:
The spouse of the visa holder can work in Singapore but the employer needs to apply for a Letter of Consent (LOC) from the Singapor Ministry of Manpower. This is usually granted.
This  visa can be granted initially up to a period of 2 years.

The applicants should earn a fixed monthly salary of more than $1,800 (SGD) in Singapore.

Description:
The Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) is a new scheme to facilitate the contributions of global talent to Singapore.
The holders of this visa are not tied to any employer. They can change jobs freely without applying for a new permit. A job offer and sponsorship is required from a company in Singapore to apply for this visa.
A PEP holder is able to remain in Singapore for up to six months in between jobs to evaluate new employment opportunities.
PEP holders must earn an annual fixed salary of at least $30,000 for each calendar year of the PEP.
The following groups are eligible for a PEP:
- Overseas foreign professional whose last drawn fixed monthly salary overseas was at least $7,000 (SGD).
- Former P1 Pass holders who are residing overseas.
- P1/P2/Q1 Pass holders.
