Completed visa application form with two recent passport sized photographs.

Passport should be valid for at least one month after the intended date of departure from Ukraine.

Accommodation
|
Each application should be accompanied by the tourist voucher with a confirmation of hotel booking received from a hotel in Ukraine. The confirmation letter should be in proper form, with an authorization signature and stamp, including the full name of the person and the booking period (faxed copy may be accepted).

Letter of Invitation
|
Each application should be accompanied by an original letter of invitation issued by the Passport and Immigration Department of a local Police Station in Ukraine.

Self Addressed Envelope
|
If applying by post the necessary documents for visa should be forwarded with the proper payment and a self-addressed pre-paid envelope.

Visa Application Procedure:

No Appointment is required. Applicants can turn up at the embassy during its opening hours (Check Embassy Information) and apply.

Visa Collection Procedure:
|
If using postal delivery services like DHL UK, FedEX Express, TNT UK etc. the applicants should attach the return shipment form with the shipper's account number (reference) and also the other required documents for return shipment order. If applying by post the necessary documents for visa should be forwarded with the proper payment and a self-addressed pre-paid envelope.
Info for couriers: All couriers should be instructed to bring documents to the Consular/Visa Section from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Mondays - Fridays only and wait for the receipt which then should be delivered/reported to sender. The receipt contains the reference number, the date of collection and the fee charged. Once the visa has been issued, the passport with visa could be collected personally or by a courier. In all cases the receipt should be presented.
