A job offer and sponsorship is required from an employer in the United States.

- A completed and signed Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-157 Form), if  aged between 15-55.
- Valid passport with 1 photo.

Other worker is defined as a person who is to perform unskilled labor, requiring less than two years' training, not of a temporary or seasonal nature, for which qualified workers are not available in the U.S.
