Indians in UAE can obtain a Bolivia Visa on Arrival by paying a fee of US$ 52 at La Paz airport. There is a lot of confusion about whether Indians can obtain a Bolivian Visa on Arrival but according to the Bolivian Department of Foreign Affairs website, Indians are eligible to receive a visa on arrival in Bolivia.
